Its charm and location remain intact; today it benefits from the urban environment of the sought-after Cap Brun neighborhood, which offers easy access to the beaches of Mourillon, the coastline, restaurants, and all amenities.

The neighborhood

The villa is located in the town of Toulon, in the Cap Brun district, historically an area of vineyards and vacation properties. It is easily accessible by road, and there is free public parking 50 meters away with bus service to the beaches and train station.

There is also private parking in front of the house, and you can drive a car onto the property. The garden is terraced, so there are steps to climb to reach the terrace of the house.

The villa is elevated and set back from the coastal road, giving the impression of overlooking the sea. The environment is urban but exclusively residential, with no nuisance, so it is peaceful.

The beaches are at the bottom of the coastal road and can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes or by car in less than five minutes. There is a huge free parking lot.

Below the house, on the other side of the corniche, a five-minute walk away, is the coastal path: be aware that the stairs to access it are a little steep but accessible, even for young children.

Getting around

The city of Toulon is very well connected, located 45 minutes from Marseille by high-speed train, 30 minutes from Toulon-Hyeres Airport, and 3 hours and 50 minutes by direct high-speed train from Paris.

There is free private parking in front of the house entrance, and you can also park your car inside the property, which is enclosed by a gate. There is a bus stop 50 meters away at a public parking lot, with buses going to the beaches and the train station.
